Appeal to the Senses

Some Good things to be Said for the iron age (1970)

A ringing tire iron
dropped on the pavement
Whang of a saw
brusht on limbs
the taste
of rust

This is a good peom, short but it fills readers with nosies and images of iron, I like the title as well. But appealing to the senses, especially audible imagery really intrigued me. So overall this is a good poem, sort of short and insignificant but impressive non the less.

To practice this poem style or tactic I will write, and give every action an accompanying noise, I simply need some inspiration on what to write about. I will give this thought and prepare a poem for next friday.
